Joining SIGANN involves simply subscribing to the group list.

To subscribe to the list, send an email message with the word "Subscribe" as the Subject: field to sigann-members+subscribe@googlegroups.com.

To unsubscribe from the list, send a message with the word "Unsubscribe" as the Subject: field to sigann-members+unsubscribe@googlegroups.com

To change your email address on the list, first send an unsubscribe message for the old address to sigann-members+unsubscribe@googlegroups.com. Once the old address is unsubscribed, send a subscribe message for the new address as shown above.
