SIGANN Guido is a repository of annotation guidelines for manual annotation of text. The goal of such annotation can either be the creation of training data for machine learning / NLP purposes or the linguistic study of language. Guido is maintained by the ACL Special Interest Group for Annotation (SIGANN).
